How do I add pCloud, MEGA or another cloud drive to Peekaboo?
By Vishva Variya · Updated
Short answer
Open Cloud Drives with ⌥⇧⌘I, choose Add Drive… and pick the folder the drive’s app keeps on your Mac. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box and iCloud Drive appear on their own. Peekaboo never signs in anywhere, and the files never move.
Steps
- 1Open Cloud Drives.⌥⇧⌘I
- 2Choose Add Drive… and pick the drive’s folder. The service is guessed from the folder’s name.
- 3The drive joins the sidebar and search. Remove Drive takes it off the list without touching a file.
- Works for pCloud, MEGA, Proton Drive, Nextcloud, Sync.com, and a Dropbox or Google Drive in a folder of your choosing or on an external drive.
- An unplugged drive waits under Not Connected and comes back when you plug it in.
- Remove Download frees the copy on your Mac and keeps the file in the cloud; Download Now brings a folder down for offline use.
- Cloud drives stay out of library totals and Clean Up, so a cleanup never touches cloud files.
In Settings
- Show cloud drivesSettings › Library
- Adds Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box and iCloud Drive to the sidebar and to search, from the folders their apps keep on this Mac. Peekaboo never signs in to them.

How do I contact support?
- Email support@getpeekaboo.app. It goes straight to the developer. Settings › License › Copy Support Info adds your app and macOS version, with the license key hidden.
